Time Schedule

1. SCHOOL OFFICE HOURS:

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 

2. CLASSROOM INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS:

8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Wednesday - Minimum Day for Students)

3. ZERO TOLERANCE TARDY POLICY:

If is student accumulates a total of 5 tardies during a trimester, he/she will receive a "U" in behavior on their report card for TAS class.

 

4. DETENTION POLICY:

Students who receive detentions will serve their time on Tuesday or Thursday from 3:05 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Parents are given 24 hours or more notice if students take home the parent copy of the detention form.  Students serve until 3:45 p.m. if parents sign the detention form and the student shows the signed detention to the teacher.

*Students may also lose lunchtime activities as a detention.

 

5. BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL TIMES:

Students involved in before school programs will meet from 7:30 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. and students involved in afterschool programs will meet from 3:05 p.m to 4:00 p.m.

 

6. PICK UP AND DROP OFF:

Parents may drop off and pick up students on 130th Street between Hawthorne Blvd and Washington Ave.  This is a "5 Minute Parking Zone".
